I wrote Words in recent years. It is part of the series called Twin Flames. It describes one of the phases of this spiritual journey and also the power of words. Words can be weapons or tears on paper. Compare this poem to Letting Go and Ascension  , also part of the series.

Words are powerful

Words can fail me –

My words are whatever

You want them to be.

 

Words can be painful

Words can be a balm –

I laid my words at your feet

I put my words in your palm.

 

Words can be gentle

Words can be violent –

My words are tears

Yearning to be silent.
